Contract Solutions

When a client approaches us for a temporary solution we understand the importance of getting it right first time. When roles become business critical, you do not have the time to conduct endless interviews or appoint people only to find out they are not the right match and repeat the process. When you contact Wilson Grey with a temporary requirement we will act as follows:

  • Provide you with CVs within your required timeframe, if urgent or otherwise
    no later than within 24 hours of receiving instruction.
  • Obtain and provide relevant references ahead of interview.
  • If successful, turnaround contracts within your specified deadlines.
  • Weekly or fortnightly aftercare to ensure the candidate is the right fit for you and fulfilling the role as expected.

Retained Service

When clients approach us with multiple requirements, either within one area or across teams, we are able to provide a retained service.
