Talent Acquisition Specialist

Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruitment Consultant within the tech space looking to work on the delivery side of things?

About the role:

  • Taking vacancy briefs from recruiters to fully understand the requirements of each role and ensure a strong candidate fit for each vacancy
  • Identifying and contacting the best candidates for each role via advertising, company database, social media, third-party job boards, networking and other tools
  • Interviewing and assessing candidates to determine their suitability for specific vacancies by phone or video call
  • Ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates
  • Networking within your market space to develop talent pipelines for current and future requirements
  • Building relationships with candidates and guiding them through the recruitment process
  • Reviewing and proofreading CVs and supporting documents
  • Ensuring candidate compliance with relevant documentation and checks
  • Updating and maintaining our candidate database
  • Gathering references when necessary
  • Working closely with recruitment consultants to ensure

About you:

  • Several years’ experience in a resourcing role, either agency-based or in-house with a scaling tech business, for mid to senior-level positions
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience
  • Great organisational skills for multi-tasking and juggling several different vacancies at one time
  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit, always looking to improve ways of working
  • Excited to learn about new sectors
  • Excellent communication skills and someone who loves speaking to different people every day and building relationships
  • Confident personality with an outgoing and positive attitude
  • Embody our values of transparency, determination, and drive in everything you do
  • Excellent attention to detail and written skills
  • Experienced with Microsoft Suite
  • Previous experience of using a CRM or ATS
  • Previous 360 recruitment experience is a bonus
