Sales Director opportunity with a recently funded MedTech startup in London. This is hybrid role but fully remote working will be considered for the right candidate.
Our client is an innovative tech business with a highly clinical product. They currently serve over 2 million of the population in the UK via their software, which is used by GP practices to ensure patients’ continued good health. The team is comprised of both tech experts and GPs and the work they do has a genuinely positive impact on the NHS and the people it serves.
They are now looking for a hands-on sales leader to join them in a 360 role, from outreach and lead generation to pitching, demoing, and closing GPs.
This role is an ideal opportunity for someone currently in a sales lead position to progress their career and will best suit someone with experience selling to GPs and the wider primary care space.

About the role:
- Generate leads and conduct outreach with GPs
- Network with CCGs, ICS’s etc. to promote the product
- Pitch, demo the product and close sales to then pass over to the customer success team
- Help take the business from Seed to Series A
- Hands-on sales role with the opportunity to build a team as the business scales
- Ability to understand and sell a complex medtech product
- Based in Central London, ideally, 2 days in the office but fully remote will be considered for the right candidate if based outside of commutable distance to London
- Experienced in selling a digital health or medtech device into the NHS, and in particular, primary care
- Track record of hitting sales targets selling a software product
- Demonstrable understanding of GP’s pain points and ability to open conversations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience growing and managing a sales team is desirable
- Base salary of £70k - £80k dependent on experience
