Product Operations Manager opportunity with a leading international provider of portfolio management software. This is a fully remote role based in the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a background in working with product leadership to improve efficiency across product operations and adjacent business functions. They will need to be familiar with using data analysis to drive continuous improvement, establish KPIs, and align teams across product management, engineering, design, and marketing.

About the role: 

• Creating processes to remove barriers and bottlenecks the product team face to reduce time spent on low ROI activities 
• Enabling cross-functional collaboration between product and technology ensuring they can deliver the roadmap and in addition to this, providing support to the wider commercial operation
• Maintaining and iterating on existing product operations, processes, frameworks, and methodologies such as data and communications
• Create visual dashboards enabling the product team to visualize and make better decisions using tools such as Looker (Google Data Studio), Tableau, PowerBI, etc.

About you: 

• A full life cycle development understanding of SaaS products
• Experience with task management and roadmapping tools such as; Asana, Jira, ClickUp, Prodpad, or Productboard Aha! 
• A strong understanding of how data analysis can inform better product development insights with experience in either HotJar, Google Analytics, or Pendo 
• Confidence collaborating across stakeholders from c-suite to individual contributors

• Base salary between £40,000 - £70,000 depending on experience
