I have 7 years in SaaS sales, the first 3 years working as an SDR, mostly in MarTech. Since 2021, I have been working in 360 sales roles within cyber security, mostly SaaS platform-based but also have sold professional services. I have an average deal size of £139k TCV selling into the Mid-Market. My preference is to stay within cyber security, but I am open to exploring roles outside of that. I would like to sell commercial / mid-market level deals, preferably within a business between Series B and Pre-IPO. I am based in London and am open to remote or office-based roles.

We focus on mid- to senior-level roles, from experienced individual contributors to the C-suite. Teams we hire for are: go-to-market (Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Marketing, & Growth), Tech (Engineering, Product Management & Design), Data, People & Ops, and Finance.

For permanent hires, you can expect to receive the first resumes within 24 to 48 hours after registering a vacancy with us. We then gather your feedback to fine-tune our search if necessary. For contract roles, we can provide a shortlist of available candidates within 24 hours, including availability and day rates.

Yes. We have experience helping startups post-fundraise recruit go-to-market teams within one calendar quarter.

For non-Executive roles, we recruit on exclusive or retained terms and charge a flat fee based on the first-year base salary. Every hire includes a replacement guarantee if things don't work out. Contractors and fractional hires are invoiced on a day rate basis.

We offer end-to-end support - from helping you draft job descriptions and design interview processes to advising you on current compensation packages - ensuring you never miss out on top talent.

Our processes have been designed specifically for startups and scale-ups, and the talent we represent works in this space. By submitting only pre-screened candidates who are at least an "8/10", we've achieved an 89% fill rate and an average time-to-fill of 30 days. We often fill roles more quickly, depending on a client's diary.

This service is designed to save you money on a full-time, in-house talent manager or escalating fees of other recruitment agencies. One of our consultants will work exclusively for your business on a part-time basis. A minimum 4-week rolling engagement that can be cancelled at any stage, that covers 3 - 4 roles per month (excluding executive positions).
