You’ll have an on-the-job 12-week training program when you join in addition to continued daily coaching and team training sessions.
What does the job of a Recruitment Consultant involve?
- Business development activities including approaching new and existing clients to promote our solutions
- Developing relationships with clients and candidates via the phone, video, and face-to-face
- Account management; ensuring maximum support is provided to each of our clients
- Foreseeing and reacting to market trends and providing a consultative service to clients and candidates
- Identifying target clients and working strategically on planned BD campaigns
- Conducting searches, building relationships, and finding candidates who are a great fit for our clients' roles and in the process, changing their lives by helping them find their dream job
- Negotiating salaries and contract rates for candidates
What skills and attributes do I need to be successful?
- Bachelor’s degree or 12 months sales experience
- Excellent ability to build relationships quickly
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit, always looking to improve and keen to contribute new ideas
- You’re excited to learn about new industries and are always pursuing self-development
- Confident personality with an outgoing and positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills and someone who loves speaking to different people every day
- Embody our values of transparency, determination, and drive
- Excellent attention to detail and written skills
- Experienced with Microsoft Suite
Is it true I need to work 24/7, meet a threshold before I get any commission, and the OTE is totally unachievable?
Absolutely not.
In return for your commitment and hard work we offer the following:
- £23k - £25k base salary dependent on experience
- Generous, uncapped commission scheme (realistic first year OTE £60k+)
