Entering the FinTech space in 2016, we believed there was a better way to do recruitment than your average agency. At Wilson Grey we are true recruitment consultants; actually taking the time and consulting with our clients to help identify the right talent for their needs, not just sending CVs to hit targets for the sake of it.
We measure our performance by whether a client comes back to us a second and third time for help and recommends us to other businesses. We’re proud to say that we now have a strong client base of businesses who do exactly this.
Being a startup ourselves without legacy markets to distract us like the larger agencies, we were able to focus solely on supporting FinTech & SaaS startups; from the candidate pool we attract to the way we structure fees, everything was designed with these clients in mind. From there we grew organically to also support other high growth tech businesses in our core areas of product design and product management, sales and technology.
