International business experience, including assembling teams across 12 offices in 9 countries worldwide. Championed a credit-driven sales process and global team, which grew the book 28 times in less than 3 years. Significant experience of managing all aspects of a business, including finance, HR, legal, credit, compliance, supplier management, IT, facilities, and all aspects of administration. Engages collaboratively with boards and SLT and has led on strategy, direction, and overall vision. Leadership, management and motivation of a multi-functional team of 50+ staff, distributed worldwide.
