Have worked across APEC and UK as IC sales contributor and also a sales lead. I have built teams of 5-25 in media and AEC SaaS sectors in startup environments and large international businesses. Currently exploring opportunities with fast growing businesses with a unique AI proposition and an existing (but early) footprint in their chosen marketplace. Keen to carry an individual target (even if managing a team) where your value to the organization is easy and simple to pin-point.
- While at a national broadcast business I achieved the two single market share deals for 100% share (both 7 figures).
- Developed a non-performing team of not achieving x3 team budgets in a row into a killer high performing team that hit 11/12 budgets and ACRA Award nomination.
- In the UK I was an original investor and Sales Director responsible for full GTM strategy and delivered 40% of the revenue personally, taking the business from zero revenue to +7 figure and breakeven which included x3 up investment rounds based on my teams revenue numbers.
- Understand the clear difference between talent and skills when applied to managing teams in order to get the maximum performance from the team.
- Have achieved success in multiple market places by following a set plan based around building a written business plan for both myself to present to my board/manager and for my staff to present to me and their colleagues. This process is open and transparent with progress tracked weekly and monthly. Performance in delivering to the group unlocks personal growth dividends as well as financial and career objectives.
