Account Manager
I am looking for an Account Manager role anywhere within the Tech industry. My long-term goal is to become a Customer Success Manager, so further experience within account management is my primary objective. Ideally, I would be able to transition into this role from an Account Manager within the same organisation.
• Client Relationship Management: Drove successful business growth by developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs, resulting in long-term partnerships and a high client retention rate.
• Strategic Sales Planning: Implemented and executed strategic sales plans that led to a 50% increase in client acquisition and revenue, showcasing my ability to understand and align with client goals.
• Sales Process Management: Led the end-to-end sales process, including cold outreach, sales pipeline management, and contract negotiations, ensuring a high conversion rate and seamless client onboarding.
• Collaborative Decision Making: Worked closely with the company founder to make informed decisions that contributed to overall scaling and expansion, demonstrating my ability to align internal strategies with client needs.
Heavy work in start-up businesses, including creating my own brand from scratch including Website, Social Media & Sales process. Starting this was a leap of faith into the world of entrepreneurship, driven by the desire to turn my personal interests into a thriving business. I saw an opportunity to provide a unique service that caters to both corporate clients and individual enthusiasts, offering them access to exclusive experiences that go beyond the ordinary. The challenge of building a brand from the ground up was incredibly inspiring. It allowed me to infuse my personality into every aspect of the business, from the meticulous selection of events to the high level of customer service we provide. Moreover, building my brand has been an incredible learning journey. It has pushed me to develop a diverse skill set, from marketing and customer relations to logistics and event management.
