An early- to mid-stage, fast-paced business that is looking to scale rapidly with a product that can better the lives of individuals and small businesses. Looking for an opportunity for me to leverage and contribute my experience across strategy development, people agenda, organisational governance, and financial management - and where I will have an opportunity lead with clear career progression.
- Extensive experience in the COO / Chief of Staff / CAO space, and a consistent high performer - supported and looked after both regional and global teams (up to ~1,500 in size) at various stages of stability, as well as senior stakeholders across a large spectrum of working style, personalities, and preferences.
- Drove strategy in partnership and support of senior leaders – implemented 4 high-impact organisational changes within 12 months, led re-branding to strengthen the relationship management team’s positioning and effectiveness, and facilitated multiple strategic planning sessions across product & business lines with senior leaders.
- Managed 10 top buy-side clients in EMEA – recognised as the top European Broker RM by multiple clients for responsiveness, effectiveness in mobilising across teams, ability to problem solve, and overall relationship management skills. In depth experience across people agenda & initiatives – led Global recruitment for up to ~150 open roles, created flagship training programs to develop middle-managers, launched neighbourhood working for ~350 staff (including underlying behavioural & cultural changes), and a key lead in departmental and Firmwide Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
- Program management experience in high sensitivity projects – including migration of over 5,500 users from Windows 7 to Windows 10 in partnership with Technology, operational readiness for Brexit for a new EU entity, as well as multiple high confidentiality projects for senior leaders.
