I am looking for a Series A, B, C+ company in need of a strong revenue operations leader who can either create the function from scratch or assemble the function out of pre-existing, siloed resources. I am looking to scale a team over time as the business grows.
- Led project with Data Science team to develop and implement three account segmentation models using cluster analysis, logistic regression, and neural net models, which improved win rates by 10%.
- Founded Sales Development Representative Program: developed the business case to support an initial team of one Sr. Manager and 9 SDRs focused on outbound prospecting for NA and partnered with Enablement to develop robust onboarding program to optimize time to value. Project implemented in three months from conception to day one in office for the new team.
- Led cross-functional team (Sales, Marketing, Enablement, ProServ, Accounting, FP&A, Data Ops) in the implementation of new pricing and packaging.
- Developed rigorous testing practices that ensured successful go-live with no disruption to adjacent processes and enterprise data structures.
- Reduced manual steps by 60% with the simultaneous introduction of self-service quoting.
- Developed automated machine-based 90-day sales forecast able to predict quarterly results with 97% accuracy on day one of the quarter and monthly results with 101% accuracy 90 days in advance, saving senior leaders 300 hours per year and reducing internal costs by 50K.
