- Spearheaded global sales alignment initiatives at Deliverect, to align cross-functional teams and optimise efficiencies to maximise revenue output.
- Led a team of 8 Partner Managers across Europe, balancing regional standardisation and flexibility, ensuring efficient collaboration and strategic alignment with cross-functional teams.
