Sales Consultant
A highly confident communicator, at all levels of seniority, with over 8 years of partner and sales experience and a marketing background. Moved into the Software as a Service (SaaS) world in June 2017 and have built up a great network of connections through events, networking and outbound work. A strong team player and able to take the initiative, work autonomously and deliver on targets and KPIs throughout any role I’ve had in my career. Looking to gain invaluable experience within an organisation where I can thrive and add real energy and value. I was the first recruit at a UK HRTech and helped build the team to 25+. We created and embedded a strong company culture, and consistently overachieved. I helped create, manage and expand the partnership programme at a digital app company, working fully remotely and autonomously. In both companies, I meaningfully contributed to the company value, as they built towards being acquired.
At the HRTech - I consistently hit target and overachieved in the Sales Consultant position, bringing in over £1mil of Annualised Recurring Revenue (ARR) during my time in the sales position. I was also targeted on the number of referred leads and consistently over-achieved, hitting 174% of target in Q1 of 2021. These leads converted to customers at a rate of 65%, thus the influx of fully qualified and good fit customers was huge for the sales team bearing in mind that PPC leads converted at 15%. I then joined the app business when there were 15 app vendors, as paying marketing partners. I left the business with 55 app vendors, all using the new website we’d launched. I also upsold lots of additional services, mainly monthly webinars and roundtables, organised to reach the appropriate accounting audiences.
