Growth Marketing Manager opportunity with a high-growth B2B SaaS startup in the North West of England.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced growth marketer with experience in B2B SaaS products to join a business at a stage where they are poised for considerable growth.
The role offers a mix of strategic and operational responsibilities working alongside a Marketing Lead and within a small marketing team. This is a fast-paced environment so would ideally suit someone who thrives in startups.
Our client’s business has enjoyed impressive growth to date in the cybersecurity space and those who have been on the journey so far have been well rewarded with the kind of benefits rarely enjoyed in other startups of a similar size. About the role:
- Devise and execute strategies focused on lead generation and product position
- Produce compelling content and marketing collateral
- Analyse marketing data for reporting and to make data-informed decisions
- Own new feature launches to generate awareness and leads
- Digital marketing campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Engage with users to foster loyalty, enhancing brand advocacy
- Agile, cross-functional ways of working
- Several years experience in B2B marketing of SaaS products
- Recent experience working in a fast-paced startup
- Enjoy working on feature launches
- Demonstrable experience of executing demand gen campaigns that generate high-quality leads
- Skilled in creating compelling messaging and content creation for blogs, LinkedIn, X, etc.
- Able to communicate complex information so that it’s easily understood by non-technical audiences
- Experienced in digital marketing platforms for managing and tracking marketing campaigns (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Team player looking to steer your own personal and professional development in a business that encourages and supports you
